About this list
The mailing list has been established to contact the Documentation Manager of the LAOG.Please note that you DO NOT have to subscribe to this list. You just have to send your mail to laog-docmgr@ujf-grenoble.fr to contact the Documentation Manager.
Why :
According to the Document Management Plan, you can use this mailling list :- to obtain a reference for a document you are writting. Send a message with "REGister" as subject to laog-docmgr@ujf-grenoble.fr. with the author name, the document title, the document type, the project name, and th WBS number.
- to submit a document for approval. Send a message with "SUBmit" as subject to laog-docmgr@ujf-grenoble.fr with the document as attachment.
- to ask for retreiving of the document originals from the document repository by specifying the reference and the version of the document,
- to report any problem related to the documentation.
